Star of the Sea is my Falconn daughter. When I bred to Falconn first in 2003 (for Starspangled Glory, which I sold) and again in 2004 (for Star of the Sea) he had not been used for breeding for some years. I am glad I used this excellent old horse; I believe I may have bred his last two daughters, which are probably his last two foals.

Star of the Sea’s dam is Jons Stardust, who is now owned by Giselle Zimberg in southern California. Jons Stardust appears in the reference section of this web site.

Star of the Sea has a beautiful head, a long, light, and clean neck of good shape, and an over all very lovely forehand. She has a fine, ground covering trot. She is a feminine filly. Her mane is rather wavy like that of her dam and has a distinct silver cast to it which is quite attractive.

Star of the Sea is often a favorite filly of people who come to see my horses.
