This excellent, attractive mare is the result of an outside breeding to Bayrabba, a son of Ben Rabba and grandson of Zadir. Bayrabba is owned by Sonna Hodges. Hott Fudge Sundae’s dam is the premier producing Rabba Baron (by Ben Rabba) daughter Indian Pepper (since sold to Angela Lewis because I am keeping both of the daughters she produced for me - Hott Fudge Sundae and Red Hott Pepper).

Hott Fudge Sunday is linebred Ben Rabba (by Aurab); she is the result of a Ben Rabba granddaughter going to a Ben Rabba son. Her 2nd dam, Mountain Rosedawn (deceased) was considered by some to have been one of the 2 best daughters of Abu Malacar. Hott Fudge Sundae’s 5th dam was the beautiful, high quality Gazlowa, foundation mare for Sharon Pardo’s breeding program (now defunct, but a program which produced some outstanding horses which were little known because she kept nearly all of them, and never showed or advertised). Kellogg-bred Gazlowa was out of Gazya, the mare who also produced Zadir.

Hott Fudge Sundae bears out the promise of her good Crabbet/American pedigree. She features outstanding conformation, balance, and Arabian type, and also a very good trot. She has, perhaps, one of the most beautiful and expressive Arabian faces ever; her face is very like her sire’s.

I feel fortunate to have this outstanding mare who certainly lives up to her exceptionally good pedigree.
